* This home is located in the Rockies at over 9,000 ft.
* Guests are required to have a four-wheel drive vehicle with adequate snow tires or chains during the winter months from October through May. The driveway is a bit steep, but the views are worth it when you get down to the house.
* Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking.
* This home is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 dogs and charge a $100 pet fee. ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED.
